Absrtact
This Project is being implemented over the period from January 16, 2023 to December 15, 2023. The main objectives of the Project are to encourage environmental education and awareness aimed at students and the public, in order to promote the culture of resources circulation, and promote interchange in the industry and enhance its resource circulation capabilities. The main results achieved were as follows: (I) Performed training of seed instructors at elementary and junior high schools, and encouraged them to return to their schools and promote resource circulation-related environmental education. Furthermore, collaborations were set up with environmental education guidance groups at the county and city level to promote the participation of administrative staff and faculty at schools in resource circulation initiatives. Completed training of 192 seed instructors, and provided awareness reaching 4,868 students. (II) Integrated resource circulation concepts into regular courses at senior high schools, and continued to introduce resource circulation concepts into two tertiary education institutions, thereby developing future talent in sustainable development. (III) Organized the Outstanding Resource Circulation Enterprise Selection Program in 2023. A total of 59 enterprises applied to participate in the program, and 21 model enterprises were selected after a two-stage selection process. An experience sharing and exchange activity with the outstanding enterprises was also held to promote interchange and learning within the industry. (IV) To promote the concept of resource circulation to a broader audience, touring exhibitions were held on a trial basis in exhibition halls, large stores, schools, and communities in order to evaluate the feasibility of permanent exhibitions. (V) To support resource circulation entrepreneurship, a 6-day circular economy entrepreneurship exhibition was held, and attracted 51 companies involved in resource circulation. This exhibition contained five major topical areas, namely "circular sharing," "circular materials," "circular cultural creativity," "circular design," and "non-profit organizations." Furthermore, experience activities allowed members of the public to create items with their own hands. More than 5,200 persons attended this event, more than 10,000 persons were reached by social media posts, and there were more than 1,900 interactions.
